Our Weslaco practice is looking for a caring, personable Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care in a welcoming environment where patients truly appreciate their eye doctor.
This position focuses primarily on comprehensive eye exams, refractions, contact lens fittings, and routine vision care. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practicing full-scope primary care optometry without the pressure of a highly medical practice.

Compensation
Compensation is straightforward and generous. $160,000 base salary, plus a production bonus structure that has our doctors earning up to $200,000 a year — 30% on LASIK co-management, myopia control, and specialty contact lens fits, with additional bonus on daily contact lens sales, dry eye treatment, and more. Benefits include health and dental insurance, malpractice coverage, CE reimbursement, and 15 paid vacation days.
Clinical Responsibilities

- Coordination of specialty referrals when needed
