Optometrist Job – Lady Lake, FL (Near The Villages). Join a well established Ophthalmology/Optometry Practice Near the Villages in Florida.
Our 7 doctor (Ophthalmologists and Optometrists) practice is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate full-time Optometrist to join our fully integrated team of providers and support staff.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, well-established eye care practice with a collaborative team of 4 ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists. Our providers deliver exceptional care across 5 clinic locations and a wholly owned ophthalmic surgery center equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
For more than 50 years, our groups has been one of Florida’s leading eye care practices, offering comprehensive ophthalmology and optometry services. We are known for our commitment to superior patient care, advanced technology, innovative procedures, and a team of highly skilled physicians and providers.
Highlights of this Optometrist Opportunity
Join a fast-paced, high-volume optometric practice (busy ODs see 25-35+ patients per day)
Minimal call responsibilities
4 weeks Vacation, 7 paid holidays, 5 paid days for Continuing Education
No weekend clinic hours
Fully dedicated team of work-up technicians and diagnostic support
Highly incentivized compensation plan (mature practices yield +$200,000 in compensation)
