Our OD/MD group is a well-established, multi-location ophthalmology practice delivering advanced medical and surgical eye care across the Pacific Northwest. We’re known for clinical excellence, fellowship-trained surgeons, and a genuinely collaborative MD/OD culture, and we’re looking for an Optometrist ready to practice at the top of their license.

If you want more than routine exams, if you want to be a true clinical partner in cataract and glaucoma care, working shoulder-to-shoulder with subspecialty-trained ophthalmologists from diagnosis through post-op, this is that role.

The Role

You’ll provide comprehensive medical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management, working closely with ophthalmologists from diagnosis through post-op care. This is an ideal position for optometrists who enjoy complex care in a team-based environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
  • Provide pre- and post-op cataract and glaucoma care
  • Co-manage patients in a collaborative MD/OD model
  • Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Document efficiently in EMR
  • Participate in CE and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

  • OD degree from an accredited program
  • Washington license (or ability to obtain)
  • Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management
