We are looking for a Glaucoma Surgeon to join the largest independent multi-specialty group in East Texas!

When you join our established collegial 17-physician group, you will walk into a busy Glaucoma practice with complete technician and scribe support and enjoy a steady stream of internal and external referrals.

For young ophthalmologists, our current Glaucoma Surgeons will be great MENTORs. We use the latest MIGS and Refractive IOL technology and we don’t refer anything out, so you will see everything!

Our Practice is physician-owned and physician-led – with no private equity.

Our physician-owned model keeps clinical priorities, capital planning, and long-term strategy close to the practicing physicians who care for patients. The incoming glaucoma specialist will join colleagues focused on long-term patient care, thoughtful investment, and community stewardship.

The Opportunity

As our fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeon, you will:

• Manage a diverse, high-volume glaucoma practice encompassing medical, laser, and surgical care
• Perform the full spectrum of glaucoma procedures, including iDose, MIGS, trabeculectomy and tube shunt surgery
• Collaborate with our cataract surgery teams on routine and complex co-management cases, including access to our LENSAR Ally robotic laser system for premium cataract surgery, Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) technology, Optos ultra-widefield retinal imaging and state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
• Contribute to practice-wide quality improvement initiatives and have a voice in adopting emerging technologies
• Serve patients from Tyler and across the broader East Texas region who are seeking subspecialty expertise

Most surgeries are performed at one of our two physician-owned, state-of-the-art AAAHC Certified ASCs.

Compensation and Benefits
