The owning doctor is a Bascom Palmer trained, true comprehensive ophthalmologist who performs surgery on every part of the eye: Cataracts, Corneal transplants, Glaucoma surgery, Intravitreal injections, office Laser surgery (YAG, Argon, Pulsed Diode), and more. The practice has 1 primary office and 3 satellites with a solid patient backlog but makes time for walk-ins, ER referrals, and 24/7 emergency care. Most office patients have ophthalmic pathology. The practice has a solid referral base, as the owner has an excellent reputation for diagnosing and treating patients correctly.
You will work with loyal, well-trained staff, caring for incredible patients who respect your work and are deeply appreciative of the expert eye care they receive.

MedFlow EMR, Optos, Heidelberg Spectralis OCT and OCTA, Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer 3, Zeiss IOLMaster 700, and Accusonic A-Scan unit and a Zeiss Op-Mi 6 available for office procedures.
Surgeries are performed in a local hospital. The hospital has an excellent outpatient/short-stay department, an incredible staff, and has been accommodating to the practice’s equipment needs.
The practice sees patients from 8 counties in 3 states. This practice has the only full-time ophthalmologist in the region which means there is a big need for your clinical and surgical skills. This is an incredible opportunity to provide first class ophthalmology care.
